Welcome to OnreaAurea. This website is operated by OnreaAurea. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to OnreaAurea. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

 

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

 

2. General Conditions & Small-Batch Nature

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • Exclusivity: You understand that OnreaAurea produces garments in strictly limited batches. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any item.

  • Product Integrity: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to all textile designs, garment silhouettes, logos, and brand copy—are and will remain the exclusive property of OnreaAurea. Our intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of OnreaAurea.

5. Worldwide Express Shipping & Customs

OnreaAurea offers worldwide express shipping.

  • International Delivery: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Duties: You are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during the import process. OnreaAurea is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

6. Global Return & Refund Policy

Our commitment to your satisfaction is governed by our Global Concierge Policy:

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all OnreaAurea artisanal tags attached.

  • We provide Complimentary Worldwide Express Return Shipping; however, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
