1. Global Express Authentication

We are pleased to offer complimentary express shipping on all orders globally via Tier-1 carriers (DHL Express, FedEx Priority, or UPS Worldwide).

• Vetting Process: To protect our artisans and clientele, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, forwarding addresses, or virtual offices. OnreaAurea reserves the right to cancel any order that does not pass our internal fraud-risk screening.

• Dispatch Timeline: Orders are meticulously prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

2. Mandatory Direct Signature & GPS Verification

To ensure a secure transfer of ownership, every OnreaAurea shipment requires a direct signature upon delivery.

• Liability Transfer: Once a signature is obtained at the designated address, the transfer of legal liability is complete. We strictly prohibit couriers from leaving packages unattended ("Leave at Door").

• GPS Proof of Delivery: Our couriers utilize GPS-point verification at the exact moment of delivery. This data serves as final, forensic proof of delivery in the event of any dispute.

3. Anti-Tamper Packaging & Documentation

To honor our commitment to conscious production, every order is shipped in eco-friendly, FSC-certified luxury packaging designed to protect your garment while minimizing environmental impact.

• Pre-Shipment Records: Every garment is photographed and weighed to the gram during the final packing stage to prevent "Empty Box" or "Switching" claims.

• Security Seals: Packages are secured with tamper-evident luxury seals. If your package arrives with a broken or compromised seal, you must refuse the delivery and notify our concierge team immediately.

4. International Duties & Compliance

OnreaAurea operates in full compliance with international trade laws.

• DDU Shipping: We ship "Delivery Duty Unpaid." Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

• Legal Documentation: We do not "undervalue" shipments or mark items as "gifts." Maintaining accurate valuation ensures your purchase is fully insured during transit.

5. Stringent Damage & Loss Claims

To maintain the integrity of our small-batch artistry, we enforce a strict window for all shipping-related claims:

• 24-Hour Inspection: Any claim regarding damage or missing items must be filed within 24 hours of the signed delivery.

• Evidence Required: Claims must include high-resolution photos of the external box, internal packaging, and the garment.

• Formal Investigation: All claims are subject to a 10-business-day investigation by our security team and the courier's fraud department. No refunds will be issued until this investigation is formally closed.

6. Address Accuracy

We kindly ask that you verify your shipping details at checkout. OnreaAurea is not liable for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for packages stolen after a confirmed, signed delivery.
