• Absolute Transparency: You will never be charged a restocking fee, and we do not use "Final Sale" designations. Every piece in our curated collection is eligible for return, ensuring you are never settled with a piece that isn't a perfect fit.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin your Worldwide Express return, please contact our concierge team at contact@onreaaurea.com . We will provide a pre-paid international express label and handle all necessary customs documentation. Once your return arrives at our studio and passes a quality inspection (items must be unworn with original tags), your refund will be processed immediately.
